Management Team

Mr. Bimal Lalitsingh Goculdas (Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer): He is the managing director and managing director. He oversees the management group and is in charge of overall performance. He holds a postgraduate degree in chemical engineering from the United States and has worked for two decades in both India and the United States. Over the course of his more than 31 years with the company, he has held a number of top management positions and dealt with production, technology, supply chain management, local and international marketing, and finance.

Mr. Dilip Trimbak Gokhale (Director): With more than 34 years of professional experience, Mr. Dilip T. Gokhale holds a B. Com., an LLB, a CAIIB, and an FCS. Mr. Gokhale is in charge of a wide range of diverse tasks, including secretarial, legal, corporate governance, financial, human resources and administration, insurance, and internal auditing, among others. Mr. Anilkumar Pillai, Manager of Internal Audit & Corporate Affairs, supports him admirably.

Mister Ashok R. Nagarch (Technical Advisor to MD & CEO): The R&D team is headed by Mr. Ashok R. Nagarch, Technical Advisor to the MD and CEO. He has worked in the field of sulphur chemistry for about forty years.

S. N. Jadhav (Senior Vice President, Operations): Head of the Roha unit is Mr. S. N. Jadhav. He has almost three decades of experience working in the chemical industry and is a postgraduate in inorganic chemistry with a primary focus on sulfur-based compounds.

Mr. Kuldeep Kumar Tiwari (Vice President, Operations): The head of the Dahej unit is Mr. Kuldeep Kumar Tiwari. He has around 25 years of project and operational experience in the sulphuric acid industry in both India and abroad. He is a science graduate.

Mr. Shirish Pandit (Sr. Vice President, Projects): At DMCC, Mr. Shirish Pandit is in charge of the engineering services division. The Mumbai University awarded him a B.Sc. in chemistry. He has 44 years of project management, manufacturing operation management, and plant operation management expertise. He is a member of the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers as an Associate Member.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Goyal (Chief Finance Officer): Mr. Sunil Kumar Goyal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and is also a qualified company secretary and chartered accountant. He has worked for more than 14 years in a number of different firms, and he has experience in a number of related fields, including corporate finance, project finance, Treasury, forex, banking, and audits.

Mr. Omkar Chandrakant Mhamunkar (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer): Graduated from Commence and Law, Mr. Omkar Mhamunkar is an Associate Member (ACS 26645) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, located in New Delhi. Mr. Mhamunkar has worked at a number of publicly traded companies for more than 13 years, performing secretarial, legal, and compliance duties.

Mr. Jitesh A. Doshi General Manager Marketing (Chemicals): Heading up the marketing efforts for Chemicals is Mr. Jitesh A Doshi, a B.Com. He has extensive business expertise.

M. Srinivas Rao (Head of the Specialty Chemicals Division): The Specialty Chemicals Business is led by Mr. M. Srinivas Rao, who holds a B.Sc. in chemistry.
